Day 1: Basic Seamanship

- Basic bridge equipment
- 24-hour clock

- Small boat maintenance

- Docking procedures
- Basic safety
Day 2: Silver Service
- Russian, French & Plate service
- Proper table setting
- Table manners
- Formal meal service
- Buffet service
- Wind decanting & serving
- Coffee service
- Typical breakfast set-up
Day 3: Interior Detailing / Laundry / Valet Services
- Interior detailing (i.e. marble, china, gold leaf, silver, delicate fabrics, drapes etc)
- Cleaning supplies to use; to avoid
- Scheduling: Chief Steward/ess vs. Steward/ess
- Guest prep / cleaning after guests leave
- Valet services
- Linen & wardrobe care, laundry & dry cleaning
- Tray services (afternoon tea service)
Day 4: Other Services, Flowers & Basic Bartending
- Intro to Flowers
- Wine & Cheeses
- Champagne & Caviar
- Mixology – Basic Bartending
- Testing for certification
